Victory Medals:

All the following medals are awarded based upon a complex spreadsheet that takes into account many different aspects of a pilot's career, from aerial victories to mission numbers flown and end of mission statuses amongst many other elements. The points required and points awarded for each achievement is a closely guarded secret by the most senior leadership of JG53.
