| After completing Basic Flight school and earning their Pilots Qualification Badge all new pilots are promoted to the rank of Gefreiter and are assigned to one of the main Staffels. | Pilots achieve this rank after they have completed their 15-20 mission probationary period with the assigned Staffel to their StaffelKapitain's satisfaction. |
In order to achieve this rank a pilot must continue to be active during missions and have a satisfactory service record. | This is the highest Enlisted rank achievable. In order to be promoted to this rank a pilot must demonstrate dedication to the group and a keen teamwork focus. |
